Raas Ra Kan

Raas Ra Kan is the unquestioned ruler of the Burning Tide, a ruinous would-be nation of pirates and pyromancers. Under the banner of her Red Hand, the largest fleet assembled in the Ocean of Gods sets sails towards Ume, where their leader stakes her claim to the Leviathan-Cathedral, and the entire Ocean with it. Accompanied by the Scorched, her most loyal generals, Ra herself leads the charge against the defenders of the city, bringing the heavens down in a rain of destruction.
